Abfall Management Nord GmbH (AMN) is a medium-sized service company in the disposal industry. AMN has specialised on innovative disposal services especially for housing companies. Besides waste management for the housing industry, AMN offered container services and commercial waste disposal and runs a recycling centre.
The founders of AMN had no family successors and were looking for a suitable buyer in the context of a succession plan.
EUROCON identified and contacted potential buyers. The required information was prepared and subsequently provided to the interested parties. In addition, we supported our client during the due diligence and negotiations throughout the entire sales process until the project was successfully completed.
Despite many years of experience as entrepreneurs, we did not have a precise idea how to sell our company. Despite some setbacks, the transaction has been completed very successfully thanks to the persistent efforts of EUROCON.
