The company Wolfgang Doose Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau GmbH was founded by Wolfgang Doose 20 years ago in a double garage and has evolved into a state-of-the-art mid-sized company. The company manufactures complex and highly innovative fixtures and injection moulding tools for production facilities in various production segments. In 2016, the company was taken over by Mr. Dr. Frerichs as part of the succession plan.
Wolfgang Doose Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau GmbH has financed the acquisition of all shares of the production company Bekla Werkzeugbau GmbH.
EUROCON secured the capital procurement for the transaction on a debt and equity basis and conducted negotiations during the entire transaction process with the parties involved and with potential capital providers.
