knk Business Software AG was founded by Knut Nikolas Krause 1988 in Kiel. Since its foundation, the company stands for IT organisation consulting, software development, technical IT consulting and support services. As a Microsoft Dynamics expert, knk creates medium-sized, high-quality and secure software solutions through an integrated, holistic software system.
For many years there have been friendly relations between knk and EUROCON. As a matter of fact, Mr. Krause has delivered his first solutions to EUROCON, which was also newly founded around the same time. Due to a stronger growing focus in the segment of business management solutions for publishing houses, knk was offered the opportunity to take over an interesting mid-sized company in Munich.
The acquisition of the company and the structuring of the working capital required additional financial resources on the equity and debt side. EUROCON undertook the procurement of capital for the transaction on a debt and equity capital basis. Furthermore we conducted negotiations with the involved and potential capital providers within the call for tender.
Without the professional support of EUROCON we would not have been able to complete the demanding takeover in the required time. To this day, we have been very pleased with the shareholding.
