The objective of the organisation is to support corporate successions to maintain the economic landscape in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg. This is particularly to be achieved through educational work, regular information events as well as the development and mediation of a large network to subject-specific institutions.

Moreover, the organization also represents interests on economical and industry-specific topics in connection with the preservation of the economic landscape towards politics, administration and the public.
