The origin of the company is in the Netherlands, where it has successfully established an ecosystem of over 30 expert companies in the field of business transformation and IT services.
After having built up substantial nearshoring capabilities through acquisitions in Portugal, Spain and South Africa, Conclusion is ready to enter the German market. The company pursuits the strategic goal of establishing a second full-stack ecosystem in Germany. As a starting point, Conclusion was looking for a platform in the digital experience area.
diva-e, renowned as a leading digital experience service provider in the DACH-market with a turnover of nearly EUR 100 million in 2023, was identified as the ideal target to set-up the German ecosystem. With the acquisition of diva-e, one of five building blocks of the German ecosystem is already well-developed with more than 800 digital experts joining Conclusion.
