The two managing partners prepared their succession at an early stage, as they appointed two long-standing employees as managing directors who took over operational responsibility. Consequently, it was decided to also arrange the succession at shareholder level and set the course for further growth.
From a range of strategic models, Afinum, an experienced and entrepreneurially minded financial investor proved to be the ideal partner for the future of Objektkultur. The two managing directors, who became shareholders in the course of the transaction, now assume full operational responsibility and will shape further growth together with Afinum. The two previous managing partners remain involved through significant minority shareholdings and will serve as consultant respectively advisory council member.
