Our client was an SAP partner with a special focus on SAP Mobile. As a comparatively small SAP Service and Hosting Partner, the company specialized in the automotive and manufacturing industries with long-term customer relations.
The entrepreneur had no family successors and there was also no MBO candidate among the employees. Therefore, the succession was to be solved by selling the company.
The matching buyer was also a smaller, but comparatively young SAP partner, which has positioned itself well for the future by acquiring the customer and employee base in an asset-deal.
Despite of the comparatively small project size EUROCON made an incredible effort and found a good solution. The succession was accompanied in a very pleasant and competent way.
