Wolfgang Doose Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau GmbH was founded by Wolfgang Doose in a garage 20 years ago and has developed into a state-of-the-art mid-sized company. The company manufactures complex and highly innovative fixtures and injection moulding tools for production facilities in various production segments.
The founder had no family successor and was looking for a suitable buyer. The goal was to sell the entire company to secure the continued existence of the company and the jobs of the employees.
EUROCON advised Wolfgang Doose on the identification of potential buyers and approached them afterwards. After initial talks it became clear that Mr. Dr. Frerichs would be an ideal fit for the further entrepreneurial development of the company. Within the scope of an MBI the succession of Mr. Doose was solved and the future of the company was secured.
In the run-up to the planned sale of my company, I had already worked successfully with EUROCON. Unfortunately, an internal succession within the family was not possible. EUROCON has found a suitable buyer for us and enabled us to successfully complete the transaction.
